Book your first session
After completing the consultation, the next step is booking your first session through our secure platform. During which you will create a profile for the individual seeking services (that could be you or your child) and select a day and time that best fits your schedule. After booking, a therapist will confirm your appointment and send you a link to complete all of your initial paperwork prior to the start of your first session.
Showing up for yourself
The last step is showing up for yourself. Your first therapy session is where your journey towards healing and growth begins. In this initial meeting, you'll share your story and goals with a compassionate therapist. Together, you'll explore what brings you to therapy and start planning for positive change. It's a chance to build trust and begin your path towards self-discovery and transformation.
