FAQs
How long does therapy typically last?
The duration of therapy varies for each individual. Some clients come with specific goals and may choose to end therapy once these goals are achieved. Others may adjust the frequency of their sessions as they progress, transitioning from weekly to biweekly or even monthly sessions. Ultimately, the timeline is flexible and tailored to your unique needs and progress.
Do you take insurance?
At the moment, we don't currently accept insurance. However, we offer sliding scale rates for eligible individuals. If you're facing financial challenges but still interested in therapy with us, we encourage you to schedule a consultation. Together, we can explore options to ensure you receive the support you need, either through our services or by connecting you with a trusted referral source.
What if I can't afford therapy?
At Crossed Counseling we are dedicated to making therapy accessible and to do so we offer sliding scale rates for those that qualify. If you are interested in seeking services but are currently experiencing financial barriers, we encourage you to schedule a consultation so we can work through the barriers together.
